INSERT

- Next month marks the 35th Anniversary of the morning two busloads of sleepy Canadians awoke bewildered and angry to a cool crisp Pea City sunrise.
- The court decided it was the direct fault of the two heavily drugged bus drivers who thought it would be a "real funny joke" if the Canadians woke up in Pea City instead of their intended destination of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
- Fortunately most of the Canadians took part in the immediate and severe beatings of the two bus drivers and were forced to remain in Pea City to await trails. During this period many Canadians grew to love the area and decided to stay in Landsfill County along with other Canadians awaiting the release of spouses and children.
- Since that historic morning 35 years ago. The Canadian community has become an important and welcome addition to Landsfill County, and this year Canadian Day promises to be the biggest and best ever!
