HARRIS BOY SIGHTED | |
By William
Sheepboot, Jr. STAFF WRITER "He was in my kitchen looking for food" said North Pea City Resident Betty Noon. "He was holding a fried pork skin and growling "Where's the moisture, where's the moisture?" Then he saw the camera flash and ran out the back door." Mrs. Noon told patrolman Ronnie Perkins. "If I could have been at the scene a few minutes sooner, I could have probably shot him", said patrolman Perkins. "We want to send a message to donkey killers everywhere that this kind of activity will not be tolerated in Landsfill County." This was only the second time the Harris boy has been seen since he shot and killed a donkey owned by local farmer Early Phelps last week and the Tongue Brook Country Club. ALIENS OR JUST KIDS | |
By Joe Pack Pinchloaf STAFF WRITER Ms. Ellen Brain reported to police Wednesday she witnessed what was either space aliens or a group of wild people in her yard early that morning. The "Aliens" she said "were dancing crazy like they were on some sort of drug", she reported to patrolman Ronnie Perkins. This makes the second time in as many weeks Ms. Brain reported the aliens in her yard. Patrolman Perkins commented "If the aliens were only more trusting and wouldn't run away so fast, I could get to the scene in time to shoot a couple of them." Perkins went on to say "We want to send a message to aliens everywhere that we will not tolerate this kind of activity in Landsfill County." |
